Ivy Tech Community College Grant Funded Training In Supply Chain Logistics

Ivy Tech Lafayette is pleased to offer grant-funded t raining, an $895 value, in t he f ield oftransportat ion and logistics. In conjunction with our partners at t he Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) two levels of t raining are no available: The foundational Certified logistics Associate, a prerequisite for the mid-level Certified logistics Technician.

Training for both classes is instructor led with additiona l e-Iearning computer modules. Each class is 40 hours in length, culminating with an assessment and cert ifica tion by MSSC.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Both CLA and ClT training is designed for f ro nt line workers; operators and first line supervisors in factories, warehouses, distribution centers and t ransport.

TIME AND PLACE

ClA training meets every Monday, Thursday and Friday beginning March 22 and end ing April 9. ClT training meets

Monday, Thursday and Friday beginning Apri l 12 and ending April 30. All t raining is at the Ivy Tech Corporate l ea rn ing
